The universal straight coupling  details as follows.

USE:

1.For water and sewage applications to Max 45 °C

2.Angular deflection of ± degrees

3.The pressure is 16bar/160metres allowable operating.

MATERIAL:

1.Gland rings and barrel           Ductile iron GGG50

2.Coating                                  Electrostatically applied epoxy resin .(150 microns )

3.Rubber seals                         Water:EPDM

4.Nuts                                       SS 316,PTFE coated

5.Washers                                SS 316

6.Bolts                                       SS3 16, PTFE coate

SIZE: 

Pipe DN40~400mm,Sealing range 45~460mm. 

  

The tapping saddle details as follows: 

USE: 

1.For water and neutral liquids to max 70 °C

2.PE-pipe matrial to max 20 °C

1.Saddle upper                          Ductile iron GGG50 DIN1693 

2.part                                        Rubber liner 

3.Saddle lower part                     Upto 225mm,Ductile iron 

4.Saddle lower part                     From 250 to 315mm,Stainless steel  

5.Coating                                   Electrostatically applied epoxy resin.(150 microns )
